Popular Topics:

We specialize in safari adventures across Uwanda's most spectacular national parks and game reserves, including the famous Serengeti Plains, Ngorongoro Crater, and Tarangire National Park, Nyerere NP, Mikumi NP, Ruaha NP, etc. Our tours also cover cultural experiences with local tribes.

You can book through our website, by email, or by phone. We require a 20% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due cash or credit card day of safari or minimum 7 days before departure. Our team will guide you through every step of the process.

Cancellations made prior to departure will receive the remaining balance (after safari confirmation) minus a 20% fee per person. For cancellations made 30–60 days before departure, we refund 50%; less than 30 days is non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Uwanda is home to the Big Five (lion, leopard, rhino, elephant, and buffalo) as well as cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, hippos, crocodiles, and hundreds of bird species. While we can't guarantee sightings, our expert guides know the best locations and times to spot wildlife.

The Great Migration is a year-round phenomenon. Typically, the herds are in the Southern Serengeti from December-March (calving season), move west April-May, cross the Grumeti River June-July, and reach the Mara River August-October before heading south again in November.

We offer a range from luxury lodges and tented camps to more economical options. All accommodations we select are safe, clean, and well-located for wildlife viewing. Many feature swimming pools, excellent dining, and stunning views of the wilderness.

Many of our partner lodges welcome families and offer family suites or interconnected rooms. Some have special children's programs and child-minding services. Please let us know you're traveling with children so we can select the most suitable accommodations.

Yellow fever vaccination is required if coming from a country with risk of transmission. We also recommend hepatitis A, typhoid, and routine vaccinations. Malaria prophylaxis is advised - consult your doctor. COVID-19 requirements change frequently; we'll update you before travel.

Your safety is our priority. All vehicles are well-maintained with first aid kits, our guides are trained in emergency procedures, and we monitor weather and wildlife conditions constantly. We also follow all COVID-19 protocols as required.

Essential items include neutral-colored clothing, a wide-brimmed hat, sunscreen, binoculars, camera with extra batteries, sturdy walking shoes, and any necessary medications. We provide a detailed packing list upon booking confirmation.
