1. Cancellation and Changes

Policy Overview:

a) Uwanda Tours reserves the right to modify your itinerary when necessary. You’ll be notified promptly of any changes. For major changes not caused by unforeseen circumstances, you may:

  • Accept the revised itinerary
  • Choose an alternative tour
  • Cancel with eligible compensation (see below)

b) Minor changes (e.g., slight timing adjustments, equivalent accommodation upgrades) are not compensable.

c) No compensation applies for changes due to force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.). Travel insurance is strongly advised.

2. Cancellation by You

Fee Structure:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Fees apply as follows:

  • 30+ days prior: 50% of deposit
  • 15–30 days prior: 100% of deposit
  • 8–15 days prior: 80% of total tour cost
  • 0–7 days prior: 100% of total tour cost

Note: Safari confirmation fees are non-refundable. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
